Today we made flowers in Adobe Illustrator. It was my first time using the program so it was a little confusing but interesting.

Cinemagram #1

For this project I did a game where only the hands moved. It had a lot of frames and shadows and it looks kind of messy. For the next gif I will probably do something without as many things to erase so I can make cleaner lines.

Typography

For this project I typed a picture of my dog in a hotdog costume by typing "hotdog". I used a thin font which I learned wasn't a great choice as it left a lot of white space in the picture that could have been filled with a thicker font. I also didn't enlarge the picture when I started so a lot of the smaller text is blurry and pixelated. Overall it does somewhat represent the original picture and I learned a lot about typography in Photoshop so I'm pretty satisfied with it.

For this assignment we retouched photos. It can really make you aware of how much photos are retouched every day. I used a lot of blurring and color correction but also straight up moved the face- the before and after picture almost couldn't even be considered the same person.

Paint

We had to take a picture and blend/incorporate it with some kind of paint splash.

Newnimal

Introducing the ever-elusive Bearwhal. A very aggressive species. Beware.
